Presentation & Solution (PS) Group • present key facts and issues in case and any alternatives already stated in case • present alternatives or issues and discuss pluses and minuses of each • recommend and support a solution • respond to C Group’s evaluation and/or questions Critique (C) Group • prepare and present a critique of the S Group’s solution, your critique should focus on S Group’s solution and should address the following - were parts unclear? - were alternatives missed? - were the appropriate financial analyses performed? - were the assumptions used by S group reasonable? - is the decision the best one that could be made?
