This was the only approach i believed he could of used to save the company. He didn't have time for any other approach. Marv Heimber was diffently level three. He was transforming. He did whatever it took to ensure the sucess of his company. He thought about the whole company. His thought was to lose 500-1000 employees and save 5000 jobs. He did think of the individual, but the weight of the whole company outwayed it. I would at first say that he should of evualted his employees before laying them off. He was trying to change the company fast so it would of taken a long time to evualated all his emplyees. Maybe he sholdn't of layed everyone off at once.
