This is giving us the most objective way of seeing the short story. The point of view in this story is a third-person view. It is very objective, and it’s up to the reader to interpret how the characters act and express their feelings. In another way it’s just like a play because it’s up to the actors to understand the script. It can be interpreted in many different ways and you as an actor have to make that decision.
