The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe - Book Report

...ugh Lucy sticks with her story. *After a while, Lucy attempts once again to walk through the wardrobe and enter Narnia, this time, like the first time, without anybody watching (or at least so she thought). She succeeds and enters Narnia once more. Edmund, her bit older brother, notices her without her knowledge, and decides to go in there himself. He looks for Lucy in vain, and encounters with the White Witch instead. Edmund, of course, doesn’t know a thing about Narnia or the White Witch, and so he’s not aware of her hobby to turn humans into stone. Therfore, Edmund cooperates with the Witch, and by using a spell, the witch makes him whatever she wants. What she wants is Edmund to find his brothers and sisters, and bring them back to the witch so she can fulfill her hatred towards humans and turn them into stone. *Edmund and Lucy find each other, and they return home together. Lucy can’t wait for Edmund to tell the others that she was telling the truth about Narnia, but at her amazement, he denies the existence of the magical kingdom altogether, probably as part of his plan. *Lucy leads everyone into Narnia successfully, and Peter is furious with Edmund for lying. *Lucy takes them to Mr. Tumnus’ place, only to discover that he had been arrested by the witch, accused of cooperation with humans. They decide to go after him and rescue him. *The children meet the Beavers, who show them friendly hospitality in their house and serve them dinner. The Beavers tell them about the great Aslan.
