...can act very cocky. She is the type of person that believes she knows it all. That no matter what you really do, it’s still not good enough. One time, I made 6 out of 6 on my standards for work. She didn’t praise me at all. And she told me I could always get my percentages higher. That I should be a lot more like her. So when I feel I have a good idea on something she shoots it down and puts me down in front of other people. She doesn’t listen at all or rely on others opinions of what can help to make the job more productive. It’s either her way or the high way. In turn, she makes the job very stressful. She is constantly reminding everybody that they need to get there standards up or we will lose work hours or get written up. The constant nagging makes you want to quit your job. When she tries to motivate us, it’s always with threatening our jobs. She never really praises us for the work that we do. When she’s not around it is very stress free. We have a great time, get our work done, make our sales goals, and leave in a happy manner. When it comes to conflict she will act one of two ways.
