...s were lost and can never be replaced. In the case of this war against terror, America has lost soldiers and quite a bit of revenue, striking back and rebuilding the Iraqi cities. Some Americans believe that President Bush was wrong to send troops across seas, but it is not ultimately up to the people, the decision is up to the leaders that the people elected. The public can only decide if they want to support Bush or not. As cultures change, an individual becomes discontented with their society. A few rebels will establish an idea that more freedom is possible. This situation could be the result of religious, economic or political differences. A small group such as Ben Laden created had ambition to pursue a horrific deed through the plane crashes of 9/11. Eventually a large group of people and/or a country can be convinced to challenge small gangs such as this and reciprocate the wrong doings. Over seas there are many small battles that are created out of cultural and religious differences. Because the terrorist actions are militaristic in nature, war seems to be the only solution to resolve these differences. The economic stability of a nation is put to the test. Keeping the war effort supplied puts a tremendous strain on the economy. Inflation is possible, along with devaluation of the currency. What used to cost one dollar could possibly cost twenty dollars when the value of the local currency is depreciated. Ever since the U.S. have gone to war against terror gasoline prices have gone up substantially, as well as taxes on certain things. Additionally, as long as the U.S. keeps poring money into Iraq, the prices are going to remain high. The structure of families can be completely disrupted during and after a war. Families are separated and sometimes never reunited. During the course of a war, communication can be difficult or impossible.
