This theory best represent the debate because both parties were telling stories to build their case on who is more of a creditable president and the stories they told requires a plot, as well as coherence. For example, Kerry was telling a great story bout how he loves our country and wanted to strengthen it by having home land security. In addition, made comments that offended Bush on how horrible he is handling the war situation. Kerry was such an incredible story teller that I thought he won the debate easily over Bush. When Kerry told his story he seemed very knowledgeable, made sense of what he was saying, the stories he told was very convincing and he had a great structure to his story.
