In doing so, the company deals mostly with local customers such as Telus, Tide & Steel, Ropac, and many others. By using SPF kiln dried dimension lumber, the plant produces a wide range of wood products. Although pallets that vary in size are their main products, they also manufacture wire spools holders, containers, and special custom projects. Presently, the plant is capable of producing up to twelve hundred pallets in a given day. This daily production is achieved by using up to thirty five thousand board feet of SPF dimension lumber. In which, the lumber is cut into assorted sizes for the different parts needed; then the parts are assembled together to create the finished product. Thus far, Delta Pallet Inc. is at a hundred percent of their production capacity; although the company is planning to increase it by an additional fifty percent in the near future. In addition, the plant, currently consisting of fifteen workstations, is planning to expand as well as reconfigure the existing facility.
