So Who's It Gonna Be.
...that gave the top 1% of the tax bracket more money than the other 99% of the country. John Kerry plans to cut the deficit in half by the end of his first term. He will repeal tax cuts for those earning more than $2000,000 by closing various loopholes that exist in both federal taxes and business taxes. Kerry also will decrease federal spending. Asides from the areas of defense, homeland security, and education, all other aspects of the United States’ budget would be cut. President Bush’s plan is to erase the deficit (which only befell our country under his leadership) by the year 2010. President Bush says that he will limit spending to all sectors other than defense and homeland security. Interestingly enough, the Congressional Budget Office claims that with Bush’s new tax proposal, the deficit will dramatically increase. George Bush is not fit to be a military leader. President Bush already has demonstrated his incompetence when it comes to planning and leading an attack. His decision to bomb, then promptly invade Iraq without a solid plan in place to install a new government makes obvious his lack of understanding relating to world issues. President Bush has also added that he will increase the number of troops deployed in Iraq. This made lead to a decrease of available troops in the U.S. if we are attacked again.
