Suddenly, Ms. P, one of the managers in the International Banking Division, with anger in her face came out of her office and walked towards R’s cubical desk. She started yelling at Heni in front of everybody. I was shocked and could not believe what I was seeing. Others did not dare looking at Ms. P and R for they were afraid that Ms. P would yell at them too.
