...n’t even have to be true in a story you can be the hero or the villain, regardless it is a process and a way to help you see how you got from one place to another. For Tim he sees how he goes from Timmy to the Tim he is today. Telling stories is away for Tim to keep the dead alive and working out for him what has happened in his life. The Autobiographical tone of the story is what lets the readers know this is his experiences. Tim is going on with life and trying to keep his memories alive threw his story telling. There is no doubt that war isn’t painful. When the war is over Tim and his fellow soldiers will all carry memories, witch they can’t give up. However to move past the horrible events Tim will have to give up any shame and guilt that he felt. He does this threw his telling of stories, even if it means putting his own “spin” on it. T...
