In the country the dogs don’t have to be on a leash to play with their owner. These are just some of the different laws. Having kids can make a difference in living in the city or living in the country. There are busy streets in the city. Having busy streets means more and faster cars and trucks. People have to watch their kids very closely to make sure they don’t get in the street. In the country the streets are not as busy. There are some cars and trucks but not as much. The kids usually have a ways before they get in the street. In the city four wheeler and dirt bikes are harder for the kids to play with.
