...is question into three separate ones, in order to gain precise information. Firstly the majority considered the room size to be sufficient and only a single person views them as too small. Referring to the question on the issue of smell, almost two thirds responded positive, a surprising contrast to the complaints we had in the past. Unfortunately we encountered a lack of interest of the interviewed, in matters of how they think about lighting. Our employees who carried out this survey reported independently, that most people did not take this question as serious. Therefore we are unable to provide you with any reasonable results. Quality was the third aspect we interviewed the students on. We again differentiate between three elements. The level of satisfaction was very high for the quality standard. Not a single person considered it to be below good. To support this statement, I would like to quote a student. “You should see the toilets in Germany, they are quite below the existing standards we have here!” Just a few students were worried about the availability of toilet articles, such as towels, soap and toilet paper. Most of the asked students thought about this to be satisfactory. It was difficult to asses question number three because the students interpreted it in different ways. We asked them whether they prefer a hand dryer or towels. Regrettably we were not aware that towels can be either made of cotton or paper.
