Wal-Mart's Substandard wages
...erage in the retail industry by approxitmatly 1.50 an hour. I beleive there is a conspiracy to their low wages. Wal-mart goes into urban cities puts up huge supercenters, and force the small local shops out of business. Where else do you go and work now is wal-mart. They pay you substandard wages and force you to shop where their are bargain prices. Those places with the bargain prices are wal-mart. In my opinion wal-mart is not good for this country, they force suppliers to outsource thier work to other countries forcing suppliers to lay people off. They do not pay good wages. That must be the wal-0mart way. Even their health insurance is terible. They pay on average 1,500 less than other employers who pay good wages do. Wal-mart has been fighting the unions who want to get into their company but do not let them. I wonder why? Its because they will actually have to pay good wages.
