A teacher can inspire students into believing in themselves and recognising the importance of their contribution to a hectic yet diverse society. In many ways a teacher can provide a crossroads in a child’s life. A good teacher can project a new confidence into an otherwise empty hearted child and persuade them to choose the right direction. It is imperative to consider the barriers a child has had to overcome during childhood, and have the understanding and patience to find the most effective way to lift them. Such crucial decisions can be fundamental. The inundated often troubled adults in many student’s lives may not have the time or ability to assist their children to be successful in school and ultimately in life.
