Developing Ecotourism
.... Its not like Huntsville doesn't already have all these amenities, so the local public would have little use of our facilities just our guests. From an ecotourism standpoint we could potentially loose some of our more frequent adventure customers that might, and definitly would be insulted by the destruction of such a large forest area. Which has been used for nature walks and is habitat to animals such as deer which can be seen from out guest windows. Why would we want to ruin this resorts natural landscape just so we could have more modern recreational facilities to suit us to the 21st century. The land that is set up still has great potential for more of the adventures types. There are natural trails that have been used by hikers, so mountain biking could be introduced to the trails, as well as a training class for new riders, and if possible bike ramps and jumps could be implemented as long as theres as little damage to the forest as ...
