As said in “Education and the Idea of Culture”, culture will bring you greater independence as you understand your own culture more deeply. When we began to learn more and more about culture we find that we are being introduced to things that we never thought about. Culture brings new ideas to everyday life and values. Being culture literate is what may be need in theses days of diversity and differences, as stated in “Diversity, Community, and the University”.
