Television and Children

Weekends should also be for family time. Also perhaps the child could earn one to two extra hours of television view time on the weekends. I think children have too much time to watch television and therefore, is their only source of entertainment. Parents should monitor children's television schedule. There are so many bad shows on television to watch. Something as simple as a cartoon these days are so drastic. I don't know if their for children or adults. Perhaps it would be better is there were no tv's in the home so that children couldn't miss what they never had. Maybe it would be better for parents to bring their children up without television.
