In order for a successful production and broadcast of a show to occur, each team whether working in Radio or Television must assume responsibility for their part. An open mind, cooperation, mutual respect, and problem solving skills are all qualities that these team members must learn. Communication between media workers can be difficult, not every team member is going to agree on the same decisions but this is where the virtue of compromise comes into play. Negotiating and compromise are two important characteristics that media workers must get a handle on in order to provide an outstanding show to viewers. Communication patterns between media workers is like a circle, even though it may not be perfectly round it continues without end. The media will always be around continuously keeping society updated on present events. However, the media only functions when every person does their best to communicate with other individual team members and does not break the circle. Miscommunication between people can occur because people are not "speaking the same language." These languages contrast because people have different points of view from which they are presenting themselves.
