...team and because it was a new experience for us all. We all liked the idea that we belonged together on one team, and we hoped that would never change. When everyone on the team started to get more experienced and they had improved we all thought that we were ready to start playing games and that we would win. When we started to practice our positions for these games, each one us realized that some were improving and becoming better than the others. I was one of them. I was succeeding in all of my games and I didn’t care how anyone else was doing. I had become the captain of my team. However, some of my fellow teammates were struggling with their skills and they started to dislike, the game. I didn’t even care about them, and I was only concerned about myself. I was the captain of my team but I didn’t care about my team. I was the leader of the team but I didn’t lead. During one of our games my coach had realized what had happened to me.
