IS IT reliable?
...time to have a good relationship with patients, colleagues and no much leisure time with family. o Need more time to produce the medical report if the General Practitioner has some difficulty in drawing? According to the General Practitioner in the clinic, there are 30-50 patients for one day. What if we develop a clinic system to computerize all the information, will it save time and provide a good service to patients, will this system assists nurses and General Practitioners in their work? All these questions are waiting for us to find the evidence to develop this clinic database system. 1.4 Evidence of Requirements Evidence of requirement was gathered by interviewing General Practitioners, nurses and medical students (who were practicing medicine in same clinic). The following questions were asked, 1. What kind of system they needed to change their working environment? 2. What kind of information they needed from the patients? 3. What kind of medical report they produced and how they produced a medical report? 4. What kind of document they use for day to day activities? 5. Source and Destination of the document used. 6. What additional function they would like to include which currently is not in use? Designing the system is assisting the General Practitioners and nurses to provide a good and quick service to patient. Every one can be benefited by installing some kind of system which allows storing, sorting and searching information quickly and efficiently.
