B. Pro-Choice Slogan 1. “Every child a wanted child” should end with “an if not wanted, kill!” because that is exactly what they are doing. 2. Unwanted pregnancies slogans used by Pro-Choice supporters and they assume that an un-wanted child will be abused. 3. A study of abused children was done at the University of Southern California by Professor Edward Lenoski proved otherwise: a. He was the first to study the parents of the battered children and he found that 91% of the children were planned and wanted compared to the 63% that the control groups showed nationally. 4. What the study found was: a. The abusive parents grew up in hostile environments this taking the abuse out on their own children. There are still many questions about the horrible acts of child abuse, but through the previous mentioned investigation you ca say that those pregnancies were definitely not unwanted they were in fact very wanted. b. If the mother really does not want her baby or is not at the moment financially capable of raising the child then adoption is the best option for her. There are so many families waiting desperately to adopt and love a baby as their own and provide a safe, secure, and loving home. C. Different beliefs when human life actually begins.
