... where one person had the biggest authority, that reflected his or her ideas and view on other. In most nonformal conversations, she liked to talk like (trece lice jednine), which I never liked. I remember one of our conversation about "what is a democracy and what is not?" We debated the topic: Is democracy a ruling by majority or not? My opinion is that the majority should rule but in the way where people have significant influence on the ruling body- government. That also mean that people have a certain doze of conciseness resulting from a good education. Here opinion is opposite. She believed that government body- minority should developed, proposed and (sprovoditi) rules that rest of us should obey. My question to that is where are the elements of democracy in that?
