...s. As a college student at Frostburg State University I believe my strengths are listening, following directions well, being prompt to class, and working well with others. I also believe that I am a good problem solver, when teamed up with other people and are very accepting of people that are different than myself. I do not judge people and try to stay away from the gossip and rumors that my follow people. I use my own judgment with people and form my own opinions of them without the help of others. I also use my own judgment in life situations, even though it may not always be the right decision. I am only human and do have flaws and make errors in life. I have weaknesses, like everyone, and I think my biggest weakness has to be admitting that I maybe wrong. I believe that pride is one of the most important and most delicate aspect of a person and can be crushed or uplifted by anyone. I have also been told that I am naive as well, which I would consider a personal weakness. I can and have been taken advantage of by people before in my life and that goes along with my pride issue. Along with strengths and weaknesses come assets and liabilities. I believe my assets are being personable, friendly and being intelligent.
