this day
...On the wagon there were windows and doors of all shapes and sizes. I cleared corners without a loss of speed. I went to go open the door and “BOOM”. I was slammed on the ground with such a force only a bomb could explain. The two tornados, Josh and Joe had hit me. I ran outside as fast as I could. I looked quickly for a good hiding place. I only had moments to spare and then I saw it; the wagon. The perfect hiding spot I told myself. I jumped on top of the wagon and hid between two windows and a glass plated door. I saw them run past me and I knew it was only a matter of time before they found me. I heard the door slam to the house. I knew for now I was safe. So, I took my time. That’s when the sound of glass breaking hit my ears. So then Nicki, I went to go see what happened and I broke one of the windows.” I knew the right thing to do is to go tell Daddy. I then asked Nicki to go tell Dad what had happened. I knew that I should be the one telling him but I was quiet frankly scared of him. He didn’t do bad things to me he just intimidated me. My dad was the type of guy you didn’t want to get mad. So that is why I had Nicki tell him first. I knew I had her hook line and sinker. She couldn’t resist my alligator tears. I saw her go inside, so I hung out in the garage on a lawn chair. It seemed like hours before she came back out again. When she did come back I wished it was a couple more. She told me to go in and see Daddy. I k...
