Work ages should be lowered no more than 13. The type of work will be considered also. Such as manual labor will be limited to about 25 to 30 hours a week. Drinking age should be kept the same. If lowered then kids younger and younger will begin to drink. This will be a problem. The drinking should be kept at the level of mature adults, 21. I think more public taxes should be used to fund beach renourishment. If the people that own property on the beach are continually taxed for beach renourishment the beach front property will become less desirable for potential buyers.
