In their minds the men were thinking “This is just a free write. No one reads this. It doesn’t matter if this is about nothing or makes no sense. There are no rules! Piece of cake.” While the women, on the other hand, were trying to discover rules and gather a detailed map of how to finish when the objectives were so simple to begin with. During a play, the quarterback hikes the ball, rolls out to his right, and takes off for the endzone behind his lead blocker, Billy Bob. With the quarterback close behind him, Billy Bob blocks one guy, takes out the next guy, and then just before reaching the goal line he knocks over two defenders, as well as himself, all at once. Billy Bob suffers from a concussion as the trainer and his friend, Mox, rush to him on the field. Billy Bob is out cold as his teammates gather round in disbelief and worry. “Billy Bob! Billy Bob! Trainer! Get out here!” scream his teammates from the field. The crowd is silent. When Mox and the trainer reach Billy Bob the trainer puts smelling salt under his nose. This wakens Billy Bob and he immediately pulls out his mouth guard and asks “Did we score?” This exemplifies the first point of how men are result oriented.
