... fun night game of chess. Across the table sits his dad who is proudly sporting from his high school, his chess champion sweatshirt. While enjoying the family game nothing about how he made fun of the girl earlier that day even goes through his mind. When a teacher stands in front of a class, out of respect students should stop talking and listen to the teacher. On a daily basis teachers stand in front on a classroom filled with noisy, disrespectful students, and ponder to themselves about how they got stuck with such a bad class. This kind of disrespect doesn’t start on the first day of school. Students learn the boundaries that a teacher sets for them. When a student is continuously loud and disrespectful it’s the teacher’s problem to deal with it. Once a student disobeys a teacher and has no punishment, then the rest of the class sees that as an ok thing to do because nothing is going to happen to them. A teacher needs to take the time to send a student outside or up to the office, which should show them not to do it again. Other fellow students in the classroom should see this and soon will also learn not to do what that student did because they now see that something will happen. When there are no boundaries a student will continue the pattern. Like dominos the student will learn what they get away with. Teachers cant worry and be stressed about their students not obeying its their problem to set boundaries for them. Not getting paid enough is one of the most common things that teachers complain about the most. First of all when getting into the teaching field they have to have some knowledge of how much income they will soon be making. If they have a problem with not getting enough for what they have to put up with then they should do something about what it. Teachers should do their best to make an environment good for them and their students. When students come into a room filled with posters about learning and bookshelves filled with book it gives them a feeling of comfort and willingness to learn. Unlike if students walk in to a boring class with one little poster on the wall and nothing but desks in the class room it gives them nothing to look around at. A teacher who goes out of there way to put things in the classroom for their students then the students will also have more respect for the teacher who went out of there way to show that they care. When teachers have a class full of students their goal should be to make sure that all their students do their best. There are teachers that stand in front of a class and really help students get to know what’s going on and help with any questions. On the other hand there are teachers who think that just because there standing in front of a class the students should know what’s going on but really the students have no clue what the teacher just got done explaining. They just go back and sit in their desk and tell the call to work on an assignment. In PE classes, the classes a large within the class there are many different people big and small. Tuesdays are the day that the classes have to run the weekly mile. The first people in the class who begin complaining about having to run are the over weight girls. The over weight girls who sit and complain about being fat and wish they could be smaller. Once the class makes there way out to the track to begin running the teacher blows his whistle.
