This will allow your body to have proper nutrition’s from the beginning of the day. Chicken, fish, and lean meats are not the only source of proteins. Proteins are necessary, you need a daily dose of them either by eating meats, or by whole grains, seeds, peas, or dry beans. Fiber is also very important. According to ACSM’s Strategic Health Initiative, “[fiber] aids digestion, prevents constipation, decreases cholesterol and blood sugar.” Fiber can be digested by eating whole grain cereals, eating fruits and vegetable, and when possible, leave the skin on. The last step to keeping a healthy diet is minimizing high sugar and processed foods. Although desserts are full in flavor, they are empty in nutrients. Four steps seem to be easy, but coming down to changing a lifestyle it may take more than several trials and fails. Changing eating habits will be most beneficial in preventing aging. Amazingly, water occupies sixty percent of a person’s body weight in which it must be replaced almost daily with new fresh water.
