It can be enhance the power of the investigation and avoid the disturbance of any agency. Also, the anti-corruption department needs to keep the information private in order to protect the confidentiality of an investigation. It can be encouraging the people to impeach the corruption due to their privacy were being protected. Education is also an important way for a further influence to build up the public consciousness to the citizen. Prevention is as important as the deterrent of prosecution, so anti-corruption can only be won by changing people’s attitude towards corruption. To change people’s attitude, for the children, anti-corruption department can teach with the correct attitude towards corruption when they are small. For the adult, department can arrange seminars for different organizations and schools. The aims of the seminars are to show them the consequence of corruption and encourage the people to impeach the corruption in order to prevent the corruption. Other effective methods to dissuade people corruption are increasing the penalties to eliminate the number of corruption and showing the consequence of corruption widely to the public. To improve the corruption problem, government need to deal with the financial and political problems first. In my opinion, people corrupt or being corrupted is mainly because of money. People’s average salaries are low, compare with the foreign countries, even the high places of government are also in unbelievable low salaries. It is the reason why the foreign countries’ high places are seldom heard of being corrupted. Their salaries are high enough for them to use so they do not need to corrupt. But in China, the high places’ salaries are low so they need to find another ways to earn money.
