But it’s known that stress is very harmful for human health, a lot of heart-attacks are caused by it. However, it’s important to understand that competition is an effective mechanism of selection. There are about 6 billions of people all over the world, but not all of them can be presidents, directors, millionaires. Only the smartest, brightest, and the most talented ones can succeed.
