Once his wife, Alicia, thought he was doing better, she found that John had been cutting up more and more magazines pages in a shed in their back yard. I think that the character in the movie, John Nash, changed how people thought about others that act differently. Maybe some people laughed at or talked badly about people who acted different in mental ways, but now they think of how they could have some kind of disorder or problem and don't talk about them in mean ways. My thoughts have changed over this section like how I said before I wouldn't say something mean about someone if they were acting different and they couldn't help it. It also gave me a greater interest in learning about mental disorders, how they affect peoples lives and the different kinds of treatments. My favorite part of the movie was when John was in the room getting shock therapy. That was my favorite part because I like to learn about treatments and see how they are done. Even though it was sad to watch Alicia having to go through with seeing it. My least favorite part is when it shows John not taking his medicine and hiding it in a box in his desk.
