WINNING THE LOTTERY
...as I was at the lottery commissioner’s office with my winning ticket. I had explained to his secretary that I just won the lottery for $50 million dollars, and she asked me. “What are you going to do with your lottery winnings?” To my surprise, I had to sit there and I think about that question. My final decision was that I would divide the money into three portions: self, family, and charity. First, I would pay my 10% tithes to my church. Afterwards, I would secure myself by paying all my bills and financial obligations. Then, I would talk to the best realtor in Pinellas County to search for a home for me. The house would be at least five bedrooms, three baths, and 2-car garage. The house would have to have a sparkling clear blue pool with a built in grill. I would go to the car lot and get my favorite cars, which are Clk 235 Mercedes, a Dodge Ram 1500, and the QX 45 Lexus. Meanwhile, I would make sure that all my family members are financially secure. I would make sure my daughter is financially set. I would make sure her college education is paid for. In addition, I would set up trust funds for my niece and nephew for their college education. I would locate the people who purchase our house in Orlando that my mother lost from a foreclosure and purchases the house back. Also, my grandmother’s house is still standing after 67 years. However, I would knock it down and rebuild a new beautiful home. Additionally, I would set up several charities and foundations.
