A second way is to have a program set up with the local police dept. that can provide faster response times and have better communication between the police and the person calling in the crime. Because of these concerns, I propose to research all the options available and research the best way to implement the best option. Also, I will evaluate the current situation and determine which option(s) will work best and be the most cost effective. If you accept this proposal, I will stare immediately, submitting to you a progress report within two weeks of starting the research and a completion report in an additional two weeks. The completion report will provide all the details of my research and a recommendation for the best program(s) to start reducing crime.
