That was these civil engineer’s doesn’t know the limits of their responsibilities such as in signing architectural plans are prohibited so the signing of these/we architects is not needed because in reality these engineer’s can sign architectural plans without knowing the true value of designing but knowing the minimum space and dimensions of a project. So in this seminar it opens the eyes of every architect to act about it. As an student we also be aware and have a knowledge in this matter because it can affect the future of architecture practice. Therefore in reacting this problem this seminar explains the new code that will be the RA9266 to revise the RA545 and know the definitions of an architect. By means of these the RA 9266 will act for the modification of legislation, the interest of architectural profession, Principles of architect and civil engineering, and Efficiency and maintenance of the practice.
