In this method the researcher observes and records, and also provides descriptions of behavior but not casual explanations. Specifically, the case study method that looks in-depth of the individuals in detail for an investigation of information, as they dig deeper into the descriptive method. They can be intensively interviewed, they can have all of their past records examined and reviewed, and they can include testing and observations of the person’s behavior. Particularly in a case study it can be an individual or a small number of individuals. In the conclusion researchers found that obesity is an important risk factor of POT in children, so the purpose should be effective. In my opinion the positive correlation helped find the risk factors between POT and obesity. For example, as the obesity rises in children the POT also rises in children. Obesity in the youth has doubled in the past twenty years, which has increased POT in younger age groups. This article demonstrates many of the discussions that we have had in class. Such as, narrowing down the psychological theories to prove the model of this study. Determining which theory best describes the information in your article, and has information to support your choice.
