Their reasons why they decided to work at Trane because they are able to meet a lot of people and they are able to experience things that other manufactures cannot give them. For instance, they will be able to transfer to different facilities over the world where Trane is located. However, in a smaller facility, you will not be able to transfer to different centers. The people also said that working in a smaller facility you are able to learn more things because they will be relying on you to do more things since there are fewer employees. I think my favorite moments during the internship was talking to the people who work at Trane and listen to their advice and stories. I feel it is really interesting to know about other experiences. By listening to their experiences, I can learn and I will be able to make better choices for myself. I also feel that it is really important to listen to others’ advices because they have experienced a lot of situations and I feel that sometimes the older people is the more wiser they get. I feel the most challenging obstacle that I faced during my internship is when the numbers were imbalanced. So, I would have to look over the excel spreadsheet several times and try to figure out what went wrong and from there I would have to spend time fixing the problem.
