Our trip to Germany
... didn’t have to carry all our luggage all over the airport. After checking in, and the dog too, the boys were a little bored waiting to get on the plane. So, I surprised them with a game boy game each and that kept the busy, but I had to show them how to work it. Now we are on the plane and it is going to be an eighteen hour flight straight to Frankfurt. I had never flown before so I was a little nervous. We left LA in the evening and the stewardess was passing by with a cart so I stop her for a glass a water and she said that she can’t give it to me right now she had to go to the front to the plane and server dinner. I didn’t know they had a system. I wasn’t very happy. Finally she gave me the water and the boys and I our dinner. I was a little stressed, all I wanted to do was relax, but the boys were getting restless again. The stewardess announced that a movie was about to start, and the first one was a cartoon, finally I can relax while they watch the cartoon. The cartoon lasted about two hours and the boys fell asleep. I was able to watch the adult movie without any interruption. I tried to sleep on the flight there but I was not comfortable and I kept waking up and the plane went trough some turbulence. It was a little unnerving, the boys slept through it. The flight seemed like it took for ever, finally it is morning six- thirty am and the stewardess brings breakfast, dry scramble eggs, toast, tuff bacon and juice, it wasn’t very good. It’s a good thing I brought snacks. Two hour later the flight attendant announces that we will be landing soon. Well I ask the boys to get their games and toys into their bags and ask them if they needed to go to the restroom. We get everything together and wait to land. When the plane started to descend, I got motion sickness, I shouldn’t have eaten. The plane finally lands, it taxies to the terminal then we stop. We are not at the terminal, another plane is in our plane’s parking spot. So we are sitting there waiting and Jon tells me he needs to use the rest room. If anyone knows about a child that has to go will know that the child has been holding it for a while and can’t hold it anymore. So we get and walk towards the restrooms and the attendant tells us to sit back down we are not suppose to b...
