...hile he could have quickly acted upon the news. Before the 9/11 attacks Bush had enjoyed being in vacation 42% of the time, it took a terrible event for him to realize to do his duties as a president. Yet even when this had happened it appears he still needed a wake up call. It had astounded me how Bush allowed the Bin Laden’s to leave the U.S. just days after the attacks without questioning them. I feel this was extremely irresponsible of him. I found myself both perturbed and puzzled to know that our president had not sent our troops to go to the area where Osama Bin Laden truly was till two months later, giving the enemy a head start. I ask myself, what are his true intentions for being in Iraq? Secondly, we are currently at a war that has claimed the lives of many. In the documentary it shows how the media is not allowed to film the caskets of the many Americans who fought. If it was truly a worthy cause then I would agree with our current war. As many Bush supporters have said “Vote Bush, give the terrorist four more years of hell.” We don’t come to realize that the ones who have been given this so called “hell” are mainly the innocent civilians in Iraq. In one part of the documentary it depicts disturbing images of the Iraqi’s suffering for deaths of their beloved families and friends. His politics have made us appear imperialistic in the eyes of the other countries. Lastly, one of the surprising facts of this film is Bush’s connection to the Carlyle group. In the 1990’s, George W.
