Although today’s generation has a high level of open mindedness towards homosexuality, society still generalizes homosexuality as not normal therefore immoral and society thinks that homosexuality is a choice when most of the homosexuals if you ask them if they chose to be what they are would tell you that it was not there choice. The society’s might accept gay marriage in the future but it would still be considered not normal. An example would be that of a Mexican or Puerto Rican woman. She is expected to have more traditional roles and less likely to participate in the labor force as that would be a man’s role in the Hispanic society. In religion, men have more authority over women. In schools, boys get more attention than girls whether it maybe negative or positive.
