...I exerted all my energy, but felt no soreness the next day. (0) 1/17/04 Extra Workout!! (Workout #3) Cardio 10 minutes running at speed of 6.0 Reaction: Soreness in neck (4) 1/19/04 Workout #1 (Legs) lifted increased weight on leg press from 25 to 50 pounds. Increased weight from 60 to 80 pounds on inner thigh, increased weight from 40 to 60 pounds Reaction: Soreness: 7 1/21/04 Workout #3 (Arms). (Had a hard time waking up this morning……. and getting up the motivation) Reaction: Soreness: 3 1/23/04 Workout #2 (Abdominal) Extra Cardio Workout- Running for 1 hour (approx. 2 miles) Reaction: No Soreness 1/26/04 Workout #3 (Arms) Reaction: Soreness: 4 1/27/04 Extra Cardio Workout- Spin Class (1 hour) 1/28/04 Skipped Workout It was hard to get the motivation to wake up early to make another workout after attending spin class on Tuesday. 1/29/04 Extra Cardio Workout- Spin Class (1 hour) I convinced myself that I was a lazy bum and that I needed to add another workout to my week. 1/30/04 Skipped Workout I felt that I had worked hard this week and needed some time to study last night. I think that in these situations I need to reschedule the workout for later in the day or have a makeup time/day to squeeze in my missed workout. *** This week I missed two workouts, but I substituted two spinning classes I will not count these towards my accuracy ratings 2/02/04 Wo...
