She shook her long silky hair for a moment, brushed her smooth hands through her pony-tail, and then returned to her stock-still stance. She was like a wonderful statue from the museums of Italy. She was a common person, yet she was an observer rather than a participant. She didn’t ask other people or objects to entertain her.
