Due to the excessive population in the prisons, prisons adapt some ineffective ways to treat the prisoners such as beating them to death punishing them for no reason or some false reasons and doing some mean things. Prison system is ineffecive because it unfairly incarcerates minorities by treating them inhumanely and not helping them to realize their mistakes. Prison system in America is unfair and ineffective because the trial system is biased and unfair.
