When St. Martins Day accours, at November 10, the geese are at their fattest. People then eat a goose-dish consistent of goose (of course) and “black soup” made from goose blood. Winter Traditions Highlights are The Nobel Price Awards, Lucia, Christmas Eve, and New Years eve. The 10th of December is the Nobel Price day. The winners are presented, followed by a grand banquet with V.I.P. guests, such as the Swedish royal family. Then at December 13, young girls get up early in the morning dressed in white, with a crown of candles, and spreads light to the dark morning.
