memo: termination
.... The first thing that I noticed was that Norman was probably drunk; by the way he was staggering around the porch. It appeared that he was asking another client for a cigarette. The way he put his fingers to his lips and held his hand out, led me to believe that he was asking for a cigarette. Norman sat down calmly and proceeded to smoke and tell jokes, which had all the client laughing. Once he was finished smoking he was back at it again. Norman was now chasing clients around the porch and threatening other client with his cane pointed in their faces. This is normal behavior for Norman. The client never get mad at him, they just laugh and pay it no attention. Demeanor Norman is a man in his late fifties. He also dresses a lot better then most of our clients. Most of the time you will see him dressed in blue jeans and a very nice button up shirt. He walks with a cane but he does not limp and chases clients around often. When he comes in for dinner Norman always come through the handicap line because he is on disability. I personally do not think that he is handicap. Most of the time Norman is drunk and talking trash to most of the clients that he knows. He is well respected by his peers and he has a great sense of humor. Norman is like a spokesman for the clients. When he gets his check on the first of the month you will not see him until the second...
