He opened everyone's minds by walking through the incident and challeging the messenger wervice owner's brain. The member of the jury that would have made the worst leader would have been the garage owner. His aggressive style would have not been excepted. All group members look for a certain level of respect and the way that he hollers and screams at other group members would have automatically knocked him out of the leadership positon. A leader must be trusted and followed. Along with leadership comes responsibility, a leader is constently under survailence by the people around him, their every move is watched and actions are recorded. The garage owner also had no true position, I think that he did not care about the outcome of the case, so he conformed to the majority opinion and he did not examine the insufficient evidence provided. I can't remeber one time in which he provided imformation and details to back up his beliefs. If all the group members followed his lead, there would have ben more argueing and fighting than progress.
