After a few weeks of living with his grandma, in the mail they received a letter that has Calvin’s parents will on it. The will said Calvin should go back to England where he was born and continue his education there. Grandma and Calvin started moving immediately so Calvin would be back in time for the next semester to begin. Before they headed for England, Calvin’s grandma agreed to take him on a vacation to the beach and stay in the biggest hotel in Norway. They started traveling the next day. When they arrived at the hotel, grandma gave Calvin two pet mouse to train and play with. One day while Calvin was training both of his mice; the maid came into the room and shrieked when he saw Calvin’s mice. The maid told the manager and the manger decided that Calvin could keep the mice as long as the mice are in their cage. Calvin was upset that he couldn’t keep the mice so he went wondering in the hotel for a place private. When he saw the meeting room, there was a sign by the door that said: Reserved for the RSPCC, PRIVATE!” Calvin thought this place was a good private place to train his mice so he took the two mice and went inside. Inside, he hid behind a glass screen and started to train his mice. Not before long, a big group of people came rushing in and sat down in the seats. Calvin was horrified because he realized the people were actually witches and witches don’t like kids at all. After all the witches sat down, a witch locked the door so there was no escape for Calvin. Then, there was a witch shorter than the others were and she walked onto the stage. She was the Grand High Witch, leader of all witches. They were holding this meeting to plan evil plots to get rid of children. The Grand High Witch announced that she invented a new formula called Formula 86 Delayed Mouse Action Maker. This formula turns whoever drinks it turn into a mouse.
