Say Hello to Jessies Girl
...ame, but that was before Jessie’s Girl came out on the market. From being a girl to being a woman your body typically goes through many different changes from having no curves to gaining curves and from being short to shooting up to be a bean pole. Here at Jessie’s Girl we understand these changes and that is why when we make our clothes we make them in a variety of sizes to try and fit each person’s individual body type so they are comfortable in what they are wearing and with themselves. There are many objectives that this company has and will accomplish as it steadily builds. Its seems as most companies these days are all about the money and not the satisfaction of the product purchased, but that was before my company came along and gave the true meaning to quality and satisfaction of a product. At Jessie’s Girl our number one concern is to make sure that our customers are not only satisfied with their purchase, but also that they will come back and tell a few friends about us and their wonderful experience. A company grows by word of mouth and your company will not grow if the word of mouth that is being spread is not good. We want to make quality products that last for awhile and are worth the money that you are spending. We work hard to make the clothes for you and want you to be happy with the money you worked for just as hard to purchase something from us. A company should not just be about profit only or what the company can get out of doing something. I feel that a company should also give back to the community and the people who support them. In order to do this my company will be very involved in doing things such as helping out at nursing homes, donating money to causes, charity work and a variety of other things to help reach out and support communities. If your are not happy with the service you received or the product then we are not happy. We will do whatever it takes to make sure that each of our customers gets exactly what they paid for. For example if you buy a pair of jeans and after wearing them once all of a sudden the pockets are hanging off and the pants are just completely falling apart. All you have to do is bring in the pants and tell someone at the store what happened and we will be happy to refund you or give you a new pair immediately and you will even get a small gift for all of the trouble you have to go through. It may seem silly to go to all that trouble for a pair of damaged pants, but that is how we do things and making sure someone is happy with a purchase will always be number one. Along with having stores in the United States I would like to one day become a world wide known designer and a hot commodity. Although I am trying to create a line similar to that of a celebrity it would not be bad if eventually a celebrity was wanting to be more casual and a little more thrifty then paying six thousand dollars for a dress. We all have to start our way at the bottom and work our way up and over the years I have done just that, but there is no harm in continuing up the ladder to bigger things. Company Personnel Each company has a certain amount of employees that they hire or a desired number of people that they want to having working for there company. In order for Jessie’s Girl to function and work properly there will be all kinds of different types of employees working for Jessie’s Girl. A business would not be successful if it were not for it’s hard working employees. The number of employees a company needs all depends on what type of company you have. For example you can work for manufacturer’s, make one of a kind pieces for private clientele, sell other people’s clothes or have your own label and store. In the case of Jessie’s Girl we are a large corporation that needs a lot of employees to be able to sell our clothes. We need all kinds of different people to work for us such as a textile designer, cutter, pattern maker, sketcher, creative designer and technical designer. Besides the basic design team we need to have models to promote the clothing so people can see what it will look like on real people and not just something you pass through in a magazine. We will need people to be working in each outlet that we have in the mall as brand representatives, managers, executives and the list goes on. Each person who is on the Jessie’s Girl team will be considered carefully for each position that they have applied for. We take into careful consideration each candidate for that job and their ability to help out our company. We strongly believe that a company is only as good as its employees and if we are hiring people who just do not care then we are making the statement that we also just do not care. Each employee will be made aware exactly what is expected of them while working at Jessie’s Girl. They will be made aware of what their job is and will receive a handbook that will go into being an employee and the expectations. Each employee needs to be concerned with the positive that they can bring to the company. The number of employees that Jessie’s Girl will have will range anywhere from 20,000 to 30,000 and those two numbers do seem like a lot of employees to have, but the truth is we need to have each and every one of them working on our team to help to keep Jessie’s Girl going strong. It will cost a lot to have this many employees but to with all of the expected sales and progress that I know this company will have we need to have as many employees working for us as we can. We will have both part-time and full-time jobs available for people. We will try to work around their schedules as much as we possibly can. There will be plenty of opportunities for benefits for full-time employees. Employees will each receive discounts off of clothing from Jessie’s Girl. There will be a required uniform for each employee to have and it will depend on the position that you are in. An example would be if you are working in an outlet in the mall you will be asked to wear something from Jessie’s Girl so that the customers in the store will see you and think to themselves, “Wow that shirt she has on makes her look amazing and so do those jeans.” You will sell a lot more if people see the actual product being used. However, if you were in a management or executive position you would need to be dressing a lot different than a brand representative at an outlet in the mall. Expected Results/Feasibility/Marketing The expected results for Jessie’s Girl have been tremendously overwhelming. You may be asking yourself, “How does she know this?” Before we decided to open up Jessie’s Girl we did several things to see if our company would flop or rise. One of the things that we did that was very beneficial to the company was to bring out several different designs and show them to a demographic audience and ask what their opinions on the designs were. They told us if they liked them or did not like them, if something needed to be changed and many other opinions that led us to having a better understanding of our targeted audience. Besides showing them the designs we also gave each of them several different things from our clothing line to take home and wear a few times to see how comfortable they were in it and if it fit them how they wanted it to. We ran many of these trials with all types of different women and the feedback was wonderful and really helped to shed some more light on what people expect from their clothing. Not all of the feed back we received was positive but the negative feedback helped us to change a few things that people did not like so much about something. The reality of this company is that you had to put money into the company yourself before you even earned any money. When we first start we have to pay for everything before we have any sales because without a factory or an office we cannot produce the product and if we don’t produce the product than we cannot produce a profit and if there is no profit then there is no company. So the reality of having this company and it working is a very realistic idea. It will more than likely happen that there will need to be loans taken out in order to have this company and build it from the ground up, but over time there will be more profit made and the loans will be paid back in full. The marketing aspect of a company is one of key importance and should not be taken lightly. At Jessie’s Girl there will be many different approaches taken to marketing our company.
