As time goes on MacBeth begins to rely on the things the witch’s tell him and believes that nobody or anything can harm him. Lady MacBeth makes you believe that she is a sweet, innocent person but that image quickly changes. Lady MacBeth puts MacBeth up to killing King Duncan and once she does the killing doesn’t stop. In lines 39-54 Lady MacBeth reveals how evil and mean she wants to become. When Lady MacBeth has MacBeth kill King Duncan he really doesn’t want to but does it anyway. MacBeth then can’t smear the blood on the guard so Lady MacBeth does it. When Lady MacBeth does that it tells me that she is very evil and MacBeth isn’t but that soon changes.
