...t that for all you know could live right next door. Around this time many issues where brought up about this followed by many law suites. Amongst all these law suites there were a few case with catholic priest also making a large problem for the catholic religion. This being an ongoing investigation to this day has greatly effecting many religions not only Catholicism. The Internet drastically change everyday is an excellent example of capitalism also. After the “internet depression” many business fell through. The majority being the small businesses of the California area known as Silicon Valley. One of the business to move to the top that wasn’t started out as a corporate giant was EBay. EBay is a company that was started very small and was set up like a garage sale, but you were able to bid on the items described online with a picture and information describing it. This being an obvious intelligent idea seeing on how much America consumes more than the rest of the country insinuated a huge boom in the selling junk industry. EBay was quickly bought out by larger investors and advertised worldwide. Not far after everyone was getting into it so it wasn’t just junk being sold anymore it was houses, cars, boats, high-end electronics, and more. Finally they offer the means of being able to start your own online auction store right on the web site. This making it able for people to sit in front of they is computer all day relying on their home business to take care of their families. You would think this would be a long shot working like this, but eBay has a great formula. You are able to connect with wholesale warehouse all over the world and drop ship their items. This meaning you can pick out which items you want to sell and get the price from the wholesaler and then post them on your site with a picture and description and set the price above what the wholesaler offers you them for and sell away. All the seller has to do is wait for the item to sell and get paid for it and keep the overhead and send the rest to the wholesaler and they ship the item out! Amazing idea right, well that isn’t the beginning. EBay now decides why should we let people spend money from there bank accounts? We should have our own bank and have our buyers and sellers being our investors onto of our stockholders. This started Paypal. Paypal is like its own bank, credit card, and money market account all in one. You also have a group of lawyers working at your disposal to make sure you are not being had on your items purchased on eBay. This happing everyday because of the known deviance in the Internet system paypal was an obvious yes. Thus starting a new era in economic standard! Around the same time as the birth of the Internet we know today was another electronic revolution. The video game system. Most people that would play a video game would think “hey isn’t it fun to play at home with a couple of your friends”. Well this would be made happen first by introducing video game system like Atari and Nintendo. These systems offer you the ability to sit at home all day long with your friend’s boy or girl didn’t matter as long as you had a controller and a game to play. This was the start of a whole new revolution of condition children. Parents though it was just a way to get the kids to clean up after eating at the dinner table or cleaning their room or mowing the lawn. Well they were one of the first obvious perks of the video game system. This was just the beginning now that Nintendo and Atari and making money its obvious that other companies are going to get into the market including systems like genesis, neo geo, and so followed by Sony and the playstation. All these systems though for the most part were similar. So how were they going to separate them selves from the rest? Well neo geo decided they would do and arcade game that you had a choice of up to 5 games that you could pick from to play. Atari gave you wireless controller and arcade game sticks. Then there was Nintendo the obvious pick for children of generation X. Nintendo not only offered the arcade sticks and the wireless controllers. They got the kids into the game much more than that by introducing athletic games that got the kids of the couch like track and field. Track and field offered a six-foot by six-foot pad that was laid on the floor the kids could step on and actually run and it would interact with the character on the game! Well Nintendo didn’t stop at that. They felt if there could get there customers off the couch maybe they could still get them back to the playgrounds also. Soon after the game pad they introduced game boy. Thus introducing the first handheld system that you could swap games in and out whenever you want. You could attach it to a friend’s gameboy and play against him also. This as a huge step for Nintendo which is there strongest market to with last months introduction the Nintendo ds system which has came to the point where you can instant massage other people with the system on a wireless dedicated frequency for game boy only. This system also is touch pad and has dual screens with palm features. Nintendo also with all the other contenders would offer a new system with better graphics every couple years making them even more money on top of all the video game and accessories sale they were already making. The video game system without thinking it was an influential part of our economy now. Thus making it important to set family values in the games also. The content of video games has always been in question to if it is ok to have violent video games in a society so venerable. This was definitely taken into consideration in the modern video games of today. Not only have the video game designers taken and interest in the video game world though. Now the military has with games like Navy Seal and sniper. These games are virtually as close to reality as possible. Most giving them life or death situations and making the kids feel like they’re in the game. I don’t agree with these games, but I think they have been a great help to the military to condition these poor kids into wanting to join to fight somethi...
